President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Thursday, May 14, 2025, commissioned over 10 projects at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital UATH Gwagwalada to enhance Healthcare services in the Hospital.
The President, represented by the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Mohammed Ali Pate, said he is committed to providing adequate health care to Nigerians as part of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the present administration
He commended the Chief Medical Director, Professor Bissallah Ahmed Ekele, for propagating and expanding the scope of the Renewed Hope Agenda in the health sector between state, federal, Local Government and the Private Sector.
The major projects commissioned include; Male Surgical wards, Male Medical wards, Family planning unit, Intensive Care unit, Senior and Junior Staff Quarters, CT SCAN machine (160-slice) Vivian Kwage House Officers Quarters, Nimfan Zwladong Block among others.
