ADEBANJO KHADIJAT MODUPE (MRS)
(BA, MSc, FCIA, AHAN)

Mrs. Adebanjo Khadijat Modupe (Nee Sosanwo) was born on 9th May 1967 in Ago-Iwoye in Ogun State. She had her early education at Imere Moslem School and Roman Catholic Mission school both at Ago-Iwoye and later proceeded to the Muslim High School, Ago-Iwoye for her Secondary school education between 1979 and 1984.

She had her University education at the Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago-Iwoye where she obtained B.A Hons. (History) in 1989. She is also a Masters’ holder in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from University of Abuja.

After the compulsory NYSC programme as a Corps Liaison Officer in Kano State, her professional career started at her alma-mata where she was employed as Administrative Officer II at the Obafemi Awolowo College of Health Sciences of the University in 1991.

She joined the Gwagwalada Specialist Hospital (Now University of Abuja Teaching Hospital) on 22nd March 1994 as a pioneer Administrative staff when the Hospital was taken over by the Federal Government and rose through promotion to the rank of Deputy Director Administration before her present appointment as the Director of Administration on 6th June 2017. She has worked in different divisions and units of the department and served on various Hospital Committees.

Mrs. Adebanjo is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrator and an Associate member of the Institute of Health Service Administrator of Nigeria. She is also a member of Institute of Human Capital Development.

Her hobbies include reading, listening to good music, cooking and mentoring. She is married with children.
